Dr. Ekaete Oyeka is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 13 years of experience in healthcare. She is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care to children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations, addressing a broad range of mental health conditions.
At Harmonica Psychiatry, Dr. Oyeka specializes in medication management, psychotherapy, and advanced treatments such as Spravato for treatment-resistant depression. Her holistic, patient-centered approach focuses on helping individuals achieve lasting mental wellness and improved quality of life.
In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Oyeka is passionate about education and mentorship. She serves as a professor at Wilkes University and Walden University, where she educates and mentors future psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioners, helping to advance the next generation of mental health providers.

My Huynh is a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) dedicated to helping patients achieve holistic mental and physical well-being. With a comprehensive, patient-centered approach, My tailors treatment plans to address both the mental and physical aspects of health, ensuring that each individual’s unique health journey is understood and supported.
As a PMHNP, My specializes in guiding patients through a variety of mental health challenges with an emphasis on resilience, evidence-based practices, and holistic care. Outside of her professional work, My is a devoted wife and mother to her 7-year-old daughter and two sons, ages 6 and 2. She and her husband share a passion for traveling and exploring new cultures, creating cherished family memories through local foods, sights, and experiences.

Julie is passionate about guiding clients toward achieving their desired quality of life.
Her professional journey began in business, earning an MBA from Texas State University. However, after witnessing the impact of health-related challenges within her family, she became deeply aware of the importance of mental well-being and the long-term effects of trauma. This realization led her to pursue a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. As a visiting scholar at the University of Texas McGovern Medical School’s Trauma & Resilience Center (TRC), Julie gained extensive experience in evidence-based trauma therapy. Her time at TRC equipped her with the skills to provide the highest standard of care, helping clients navigate their healing journey with confidence.
Outside of her professional work, Julie is a devoted wife and mother of two early-adolescent children. She enjoys reading, walking, meditating, and spending quality time with her family.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health from Walden University. This strong academic foundation, paired with extensive clinical expertise, enables him to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Precious is passionate about walking alongside individuals and families as they navigate mental health challenges, helping them rediscover balance, clarity, and hope.
